Shrimp Curry
Today I made a new kind of shrimp curry. The recipe called it South Indian Shrimp curry. The call for canned tomatoes made me suspicious, but it the end it came out quite good, even if it was short on the chili. I just wanted to introduce Filipa and Maya to curry, as they have been reluctant to try it in the past, mainly due to its hotness. That is why I skimped on the chili powder even knowing full well that the picayune gourmands would comment on it. In the end it was the salt that was faulted for being too little. Since the bromide originated from an certified sodiumchlorideaholic, I ignored it.
